Não tem palavra melhor pra descrever o Monday Metal de hoje além dessa: divertido. Tem horas que é bom cansar de bancar o durão, puxar uma cadeira e desfrutar do lado tosco que só o heavy metal tem.


Que o DragonForce ficou famoso graças ao modinha do Guitar Hero, todo mundo lembra. Que apesar disso o DragonForce se mostrou uma banda legal, poucos perceberam. Sempre achei engraçada a ideia da banda querer ser mais rápida do Oeste com seus solos asiáticos by Herman Li (que além de bom guitarrista tem madeixas de criar inveja em qualquer modelo da Seda), por isso nunca levei o grupo totalmente a sério ao ponto de considerá-los "uma vergonha".

Esse não seria o Monday Metal, porém depois de rever uns vídeos antigos cheguei em Bloodbound do Hammerfall, e parei em Operation Ground and Pound. Parte do álbum Inhuman Rampage (2006), a música é muito bacana, e o video mantém a intenção de ser épico com suas chamas, caos, e as conhecidas coreografias dos dois gutarristas da banda, Herman Li e Sam Totman. Gosto muito da parte onde eles entram na pele de nós posers de plantão, jogando videogame e tentando acertar os solos de guitarra desumanos.

Se você nunca ouviu o StudioForce antes (!), fica a dica.
